Here’s what to expect next:
1. Initial Intake – After receiving your request, an intake specialist will contact you to gather information about your case. The more details you can provide, the better we’ll be able to assist you!
2. Legal Consultation – After the initial intake, if you have a case, we can assist you with we will set up a legal consultation with one of our senior Federal Employment Attorneys. During your legal consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions you might have, and we will review your case in detail with you as well as offer a suggested path forward. The cost of the initial consultation is $300.
3. Retainer – Should you choose to move forward, we will send documents for e-signature as well as a retainer request. Generally, retainer fees start at $5,000, but depend on each individual situation. Your attorney will discuss all details during the legal consultation. Upon e-signing, we’ll request case-related information like medical records and insurance. Then, your attorney reviews the case, and within 24 hours, we’ll update you on status and next steps.
4. We Get to Work – Right after you sign up, we’ll promptly get to work on your case! You can relax knowing you’ve got a top-notch legal team that’s got your back every step of the way!
